I bake everything fresh to order and book my baking calendar according to order size and date. Given the custom nature of orders, I am unable to accept cancellations.
I recommend enjoying cookies within one week of pickup/delivery for the best taste. Cookies can stay fresh in heat sealed packaging for up to two weeks; however, they are best within one week. Store them in a cool, dry place in a sealed container or zip-top bag if they are not in heat sealed packaging.
Please refer to my pricing page here. For custom sugar cookies, pricing starts at $48 per dozen for simple cookies with one design and up to two icing colors (in addition to plain white icing). Additional details such as text, gold or silver accents, piped flowers or shapes, larger variety of colors, etc. will add to the cost of cookies per dozen. Custom cookies with more complex detail start at $60 per dozen. Due to the custom nature of cookies, prices are determined on an order-by-order basis.
All orders totaling below $200 must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. For orders above $200, a 25% deposit will be due at the time an order is placed with the remainder due three days prior to order delivery/pickup.

Cookies are designed, baked, and carefully decorated completely by hand. They require significant patience and attention to detail, which is why they are priced significantly higher than machine-produced sugar cookies or a package of your favorite name brand cookies from the grocery store :).
Upon confirmation of your order, you will be sent an electronic invoice with additional information on how to complete payment.
I am happy to brainstorm with you to create a design or theme to match your needs! There are a few important things to keep in mind, however. Most logos are copyrighted and I cannot usually recreate them on cookies unless given legal written permission from the logo’s owner/company. I also make it a point to not replicate designs by other artists, but am happy to look at designs you like from Pinterest, etc. in order to come up with something unique for you. One of my favorite parts of making cookies is working with customers to come up with the perfect design!
I am often too busy baking to take nice photos of my work, but my Instagram may give you some inspiration or ideas! I will be building up my photo portfolio over time.
Cookies will come to you in a window box or bakery box. I highly recommend cookies be individually heat sealed to help maintain freshness. Heat sealing can be added to any order for $5 per dozen. I package cookies in eco-friendly, compostable food-safe bags.
At this time I cannot ship orders.
I recommend allowing for at least 2 weeks of lead time when inquiring about order placement.
I typically accept cookie orders of at least 1 dozen cookies or more. However, exceptions can be made depending on customer-specific situations, so please don’t hesitate to reach out!
I currently offer sugar cookies with royal icing. Please note that cookies are not made in a certified nut-free facility. I do not offer vegan or gluten free options at this time; however, stay tuned as I am developing recipes and hope to offer alternatives in the future!
Orders can be picked up in the Portola/Visitacion Valley area of San Francisco by appointment.
I am able to deliver orders within San Francisco city limits for a flat $20 fee. Please be aware that my delivery timeframes are limited and will have to be scheduled once your order is confirmed.
Yes! At this time I accept limited orders of simple round 8” or 9” cakes and cupcakes frosted with buttercream. While I can add some simple decoration (textured buttercream, ombré coloring, basic piped accents, etc.), I am not currently accepting orders for detailed cakes, tiered cakes or fondant work. I do have some great recommendations for amazing local bakers that make detailed cakes if you would like a referral!
